Synopsis

Phil's beloved stick companion Philliam goes missing, and Ugga and Eep turn the search into a proper farm-wide investigation. Gran's longtime crow enemy Malachi arrives with a broken wing and needs somewhere to recover — everyone on the farm welcomes him except Eep, who is right to be skeptical. Thunk recruits Dawn for a quest to track down an ancient stash of legendary snacks, and the detour turns out to be worth it. Then Grug stumbles onto a subterranean cave packed with prehistoric inventions more sophisticated than anything Phil has ever built, and the "greatest inventor whoever lived" title suddenly looks shaky. Believing he doesn't fit in on the farm, Chunky (aided by the other pets) leaves home to follow the distant call of another death cat. The kids set off to bring him back home. Note: Gran narrates the story.

Grug accidentally reveals a subterranean cave beneath the treehouse. When Phil can't convince Hope, Grug, and Ugga that the treehouse is more impressive than the new cave, he sets out to destroy the cave.
