Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time (2021) is the fourth and final film in Hideaki Anno's Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy, available to watch online on iFILM. Co-directed by Anno, Kazuya Tsurumaki, Mahiro Maeda and Katsuyuki Nakayama at studio Khara, it runs 155 minutes — the longest entry in the rebuild series and the one that actually closes the book.

After the Fourth Impact, Shinji, Asuka and Rei end up sheltering in the Third Village, a small settlement of survivors trying to live something resembling a normal life. Shinji is shut down, barely functional. He knows what happens when he pilots an Eva. The question the film asks is whether he can find a reason to do it anyway. Megumi Ogata, Yuko Miyamura and Maaya Sakamoto anchor the voice cast.
