Butterfly (2025), Season 1 — a six-episode spy-action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. David Jung spent nine years hiding in South Korea under an assumed life, until a private intelligence agency called Caddis sent his own daughter to kill him.
Rebecca grew up believing her father was dead. When they come face to face, she refuses to pull the trigger — and that choice makes her a target too. The season moves across South Korea city by city: Daegu, Busan, Pohang, back to Seoul, with nine years of resentment building between chases. In Pohang they abduct an insider named Oliver to get leverage against Juno; in Seoul they run a psychological operation aimed at fracturing Caddis from inside. Park Hae-soo plays Juno and matches David move for move.

David and Rebecca find themselves on the run from Caddis after a tense encounter at a police checkpoint. But their unexpected reunion is complicated by Rebecca's resentment over her father's abandonment.

Rebecca, David and his family escape to a safe house in the coastal city of Busan. Family tensions mount as Rebecca struggles with her father's new family. And a shocking revelation about David's past with Juno is revealed during a violent confrontation at a marina.
S1·E4Pohang
After abducting Oliver, David and Rebecca use the information they gather from him to devise a plan to go after Juno, taking them back to Seoul, where Gun and Caddis are waiting.
S1·E5Seoul
Juno interrogates Oliver and discovers he betrayed her while being held captive by David. Meanwhile, David and Rebecca carry out a PSYOP campaign against Juno, aimed at dividing her and Oliver and bringing down Caddis once and for all.
S1·E6Annyeong
David pursues Rebecca after she's captured by Juno and Caddis operatives, leading to a high-speed chase and brutal ambush at an abandoned factory site.
