Synopsis
Murder in the First (2014), Season 1 is a ten-episode crime drama you can watch online on iFILM, and it does something most procedurals don't: one case, start to finish, from the killing through the arrest to the verdict.
San Francisco homicide detectives Terry English and Hildy Mulligan catch what looks like a routine death. It isn't. The trail climbs toward Erich Blunt, a young tech CEO used to walking away clean. Terry is still reeling from his wife's death; Hildy is answering for a shooting of her own. Then witnesses start dying and alibis start cracking, and by the back half of the season the whole thing has become a high-profile trial nobody can call.
