Synopsis
The Pact (2012) is a supernatural horror film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Nicholas McCarthy. After their mother dies, sisters Nicole and Annie come back to the house they grew up in — and the house seems to be waiting for them. Objects shift on their own, sounds cut through the dark, a photo of a stranger turns up on the floor.
Annie, played by Caity Lotz, starts connecting the pieces, and what she finds is not a ghost story in the usual sense. McCarthy builds dread through slow accumulation and a couple of genuinely unsettling reveals — more about buried family secrets than cheap scares. Casper Van Dien and Agnes Bruckner round out the cast.
