Monk (2002), Season 7 — sixteen episodes of detective comedy to watch online on iFILM. Monk moves house in the first episode, and the season uses that reset energy well across the cases that follow.
Milestones stack up. Case number one hundred earns a TV magazine profile, but mid-celebration Monk spots an error buried in the archive — a victim killed by a different hand than the record shows. A delinquent half-brother breaks out of prison and into Monk's apartment, pulling him into a frame-up investigation with family complications attached. Monk falls for a model who already confessed to murder and refuses to take the confession at face value. A Christmas episode quietly marks the moment he stops expecting reinstatement to the SFPD and starts finding purpose a different way. The finale circles back to the oldest wound: the garage where Trudy died is slated for demolition, a city official vanishes, and the thread that has always been there starts to move.
