Synopsis

Around him orbit drivers who treat the cab as a stopover between bigger plans. Alex (Judd Hirsch) makes the long drive to Miami to find a daughter he hasn't seen in fifteen years. Latka needs to marry an American or face deportation. Bobby lands a soap opera part and quits — until reality catches up. Tony throws a lucky punch at a boxing champion and starts wondering what it means. Each episode clips along as its own story; the garage is the only thing that pulls them back.
