Synopsis

Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends (1981), Season 1 is a Marvel cartoon you can watch online on iFILM — thirteen episodes that put Peter Parker under one roof with Iceman and Firestar, a rookie trio who call themselves the Spider-Friends.

Think of each episode as its own comic issue. The season parades villains through one at a time: the Green Goblin poisons a city reservoir, Kraven the Hunter looses a dinosaur army, Magneto holds an entire prison island hostage, and Loki drops a reanimated Viking ship on New York. Along the way the three heroes cross paths with Captain America, Thor, Doctor Strange and a crowd of other Marvel faces, so the guest list never sits still.
