Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends (1981) is a Marvel Productions animated series you can watch online on iFILM. Peter Parker teams up with Bobby Drake and Angela Jones — otherwise known as Iceman and Firestar — as a trio of college students at Empire State University who spend their evenings fighting some of the biggest names in the Marvel villain roster.

Firestar was created specifically for the show, making her one of the few characters to debut in animation before arriving in the comics. Dan Gilvezan, Kathy Garver, and Frank Welker provided the voices that defined these characters for a whole generation. The villains cycle through Doctor Doom, the Sinister Syndicate, and plenty of others, keeping each episode feeling like a fresh mission.
