Michael Lennox is drinking himself under, wrecked by grief, until a woman from his past returns to town — Elsa, the cause of so much ruin here, who now offers him a strange shot at redemption. At the edges of this frozen world, the ghosts of the unquiet dead flicker more openly than ever.
