This time the danger wears a new shape: something is found out on the tundra that changes Fortitude for good, Dr Khatri runs her own agenda behind a wall of science, and a field trip by Natalie and Vincent falls apart along with the trust between them. As the season closes in, one question grows louder — is there still a demon among the herd?
The second run is darker and more physical than the debut: less straight detective work, more body horror and the slow panic of a town that cannot leave.
