Synopsis

Wilson lands on Fuerteventura to kill a man he has never met. The target is delayed. Instead of waiting in the shadows the way the job demands, he lingers — wandering the volcanic island, talking to locals, drawn to the rusting transatlantic liner beached on the sand like a local monument. By the time his mark finally turns up, something in him has moved, and the old routine no longer feels simple at all.
Director Gonzalo López-Gallego trades gunfire for stillness, letting McShane carry the film on a tired stare; Nora Arnezeder, Adam Nagaitis and Fanny Ardant round out the island.
