Synopsis
Shimmer Lake (2017) — watch online on iFILM, a crime thriller from director Oren Uziel that runs backwards through the week. Friday first, then Thursday, then Wednesday — each day peeling back another layer of a small-town bank robbery gone sideways and the people who made it happen.
Sheriff Zeke Tilson, played by Benjamin Walker, is piecing together what happened. His brother Andy (Rainn Wilson) is one of the suspects. Rob Corddry, Ron Livingston, and John Michael Higgins fill out a cast of locals who all know more than they let on. Every scene resets what you thought you understood about the scene before it.
