Synopsis
The Debt Collector (2018) is an action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, starring Scott Adkins and directed by Jesse V. Johnson. A martial arts instructor takes a side job collecting debts for a local crime outfit. The pay is steady, the work looks manageable — right up until one name on the list drags him somewhere much worse.
His partner is Lou, a blunt career criminal played by Louis Mandylor, and the two make for an odd pair: Adkins brings crisp, technical fighting; Mandylor brings a bruiser's economy. Johnson keeps the action grounded and the tone dry, letting the friction between the two leads do the heavy lifting between set pieces. Tony Todd and Michael Paré round out the supporting cast.
