Synopsis

A cowboy in a Stetson dropped into the streets of the English capital plays by nobody's rules but his own. His handler, played by Dominique Tipper, has little faith in the outsider, while a cold-eyed intelligence chief — John Malkovich — pulls the strings from above. The closer the plot creeps to its target, the clearer it gets: only Texas methods, free of paperwork and protocol, can shut it down in time.
