Synopsis

One thread now runs the whole season: an epidemic of nosebleeds, and the trail leads back to butcher Hilary Briss and his "special stuff." A carnival rolls into town. Pauline, who used to hound jobseekers, ends up signing on herself. Sinister Herr Lipp turns up on a German exchange, and Tubbs and Edward go hunting for a bride for their son David. By the finale the whole place is sealed off under quarantine.

Roysten Vasey is quarantined as the nosebleed epidemic claims a distinguished victim. The Legz Akimbo Theatre Group comes to town, and there is a wedding at the local shop.
