Jordan Collier opens the 4400 Center and starts shaping the group into a movement. NTAC works case by case — a telepath pressed into service as a spy, a teacher who accelerates her students' talents overnight, a returnee whose metabolic gift turns dangerous. Maia predicts Collier's death. She is right. Kyle goes into hiding. Tom gets pulled sideways into an alternate version of the world where the ball of light never came and he lived eight different years. The season's final stretch turns institutional: a disease is killing 4400s worldwide, and when Tom and Diana trace it back, they find NTAC holding the thread.
