TV-PGSeason 2
Synopsis
Man vs. Wild (2006), Season 2 is the Discovery survival series you can watch online on iFILM — thirteen episodes that drop Bear Grylls into places most people would never walk out of.
The map gets bigger this time. Grylls eats a scorpion in the Sahara and shows how to claw free of quicksand. He wades the mangrove swamps of Panama and collects more than a hundred mosquito bites doing it. Then come the ice fields of Patagonia, the glaciers of the Andes, the rapids of Zambia, the Namib desert, the tsunami-wrecked jungle of Sumatra, and Siberia at fifty below. Along the way he wrings water from a dead camel, builds fire in the wind, and reads thin ice before it cracks. Not for the squeamish.
The whole show rides on one man and his willingness to swallow things you would not name at dinner. Season 2 outdoes the first on sheer reach: equator to permafrost across all episodes. Stream Man vs. Wild Season 2 online on iFILM.
