Dobermann

Dobermann (1997) is a French crime-action shocker you can watch online on iFILM. Vincent Cassel stars as a fearless Paris robber who got his first revolver on the day he was baptized.

Now grown, Dobermann runs a crew that hits banks with insane firepower — assault rifles, grenades, even a rocket screwed onto a pistol barrel. Tracking him is Inspector Cristini, played by Tcheky Karyo as a cop so sadistic he makes the criminals look reasonable. At Dobermann's side is his deaf-mute girlfriend Nathalie (Monica Bellucci). What follows isn't a manhunt so much as a collision between two predators who refuse to blink.

Director Jan Kounen shoots the whole thing like a strobing two-hour music video: jump cuts, acid color, a soundtrack cranked to the red line.
