Synopsis
Hinamatsuri Season 1 — 12-episode anime comedy-sci-fi, watch online on iFILM. Nitta is a yakuza who collects porcelain vases and expects an uncomplicated life. Then a telekinetic girl named Hina drops out of a mysterious portal directly onto his head.
She stays — by threatening to smash the collection. The season runs three intertwining arcs: Nitta trying to hold his criminal career together while raising a superpowered child; Anzu, another psychokinetic sent to eliminate Hina, who derails completely and ends up learning survival skills from a homeless community; and classmate Hitomi, who stumbles into becoming a remarkably capable bartender entirely by accident. A third psychic, Mao, spends most of the season stranded on a deserted island trying to reach Japan.

Furious about the destruction in his home, Nitta kicks Hina out of his home, and she’s left to fend for herself on the streets.

Security chief Ikaruga Kei is called to check in on Hina, but what she discovers defies her expectations completely. Meanwhile, classmate and paranormal conspiracy theorist Mami spots Hina using her powers.

Security chief Ikaruga summons Mao to Japan, who instead ends up stranded on a deserted island. Meanwhile, Nitta’s ailing president is searching for someone to replace him, and Nitta finds himself accidentally at the center of a high-stakes power struggle.
