Synopsis
Devil's Pond (2003) is Joel Viertel's psychological thriller, available to watch online on iFILM. Two newlyweds head to a cabin in the middle of a lake for their honeymoon — and there's no boat back for the bride.
Julianne (Tara Reid) escapes her wealthy parents' grip by marrying Mitch (Kip Pardue), a guy who seems to want her, his guitar and a simple shared life rather than her money. The bare little island feels romantic at first. Then Mitch announces they're staying forever, and out come the chain and the fists. Worse still, Julianne is terrified of water — the only way off the island and onto solid ground.
