Synopsis

Monty's dying wish: do better. The planet is called Sanctum, and at first glance it looks like they might manage it. Then Clarke learns what the Primes actually are: an ancient family that has extended its lifespan for centuries by transferring minds into Nightblood hosts. She learns this too late. Josephine Lightbourne is already inside Clarke's head, and Clarke has to fight from within her own skull while Bellamy searches for a way to reach her. Octavia comes back from the anomaly changed. The Children of Gabriel wage war on the ruling family. And the glowing anomaly in the forest keeps drawing people in — none of them return the same.
