Synopsis

Echo, Hope, and Gabriel follow the trail to Bardo, a world where a civilization has spent centuries preparing for what their leader calls the Last War. That leader is Cadogan, and his story reaches back to the nuclear apocalypse that destroyed Earth — flashbacks reveal how the Disciples were born and what the war is actually for.
