Synopsis
The Prince (Prens, 2023), Season 1 is a Turkish comedy you can watch online on iFILM — eight episodes set in the made-up kingdom of Bongomia, where the crown lands on the least favoured heir of them all.
The king dies, and the throne passes to the youngest son — the one nobody at court ever took seriously. What follows is one absurd turn after another. The Hungarian Empire looms, Kalesh plots, an envoy named Sangu drags the Prince into the gladiator games, and public affection for him grows faster than his rivals can stand. By the middle of the run he's actually king. By the finale his title has been rewritten again, and not the way he hoped. The eight episodes sprint from a temple funeral toward war, with a detour through France where the whole crew manages to get lost.
