Synopsis
Madeleine Collins (2021) is a French psychological thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Judith lives in two countries at once, under two names, with two families that know nothing of each other.
In France she's the wife of a conductor, Melvil, and mother to two boys. In Switzerland she's Madeleine, partner to Abdel, raising a young daughter with him. The whole fragile pendulum runs on lies and constant travel — until a single accident starts to crack the structure she spent years building. The deeper Judith lies, the fewer exits she has left.
Director Antoine Barraud lets the tension build slowly and hands the entire film to Virginie Efira, who plays a woman coming apart with quiet, magnetic control. Jacqueline Bisset turns up in support.
