Synopsis
Wild Things 2 (2004) is an American neo-noir thriller directed by Jack Perez that you can watch online on iFILM. Britney plans to claim a large inheritance after her stepfather's death — then her classmate Maya shows up with papers of her own and an equally convincing story. An insurance investigator named Dominic McNair gets sent in to sort out who is lying.
He finds out too slowly. Isaiah Washington plays McNair as a man confident enough in his read of the situation to make exactly the wrong call, and Susan Ward and Layla Ali keep the film's central deception tight enough that the pivots land. Set in the same Florida heat as the 1998 original, the sequel follows its template faithfully: erotic tension, layered betrayals, and a structure where every apparent resolution turns out to be the next layer of the con.
Not a film that reinvents anything, but one that executes its formula with enough twists to justify the runtime. Stream Wild Things 2 online on iFILM if you liked the first and want more of the same game.
