Synopsis
Grief opens a door that should have stayed shut in The Pact (El pacto, 2018), a Spanish horror thriller you can watch online on iFILM. One morning Mónica's daughter Clara slips to the edge of death, and medicine has nothing left to offer.
A mysterious stranger lays out a bargain: Clara will live, if Mónica does one thing for him in return. The girl comes back. But the debt behind that miracle comes due, and what it demands turns out to be worse than any loss. Belén Rueda, of The Orphanage fame, anchors the whole thing.
Director David Victori builds his dread out of a mother's love pushed past all reason — how far would you go to undo a child's death?
