Synopsis
A Muppet Family Christmas (1987) is a holiday musical special you can watch online on iFILM. Fozzie Bear shows up unannounced at his mother's farmhouse with the entire Muppet gang in tow.
Her quiet Christmas plans collapse on the spot. The house fills up fast: the Sesame Street crew arrives to go caroling, Kermit and his nephew Robin find a hatch to Fraggle Rock in the basement, and a blizzard seals everyone in. The only one missing is Miss Piggy, stuck in the snow and racing to make it to dinner.
This is the rare crossover that gathers all three of Jim Henson's worlds at once — the Muppets, Sesame Street, and Fraggle Rock — something that happened only this one time. Henson and Frank Oz voice their characters, and Jim himself turns up washing dishes in the closing scene.
