Synopsis
Season 2 of Rise of Empires: Ottoman (2022) is on iFILM to watch online — six episodes of Netflix docudrama where Mehmed II's enemy is no longer a city but a man. Vlad the Impaler. The one history remembers as Dracula.
Constantinople is years behind him and the Sultan is busy consolidating power when trouble rises in next-door Wallachia, led by a boyhood friend who grew up as a hostage at the Ottoman court. The talking stops fast. From there the season heads into mud and forest: guerrilla raids, scorched fields, poisoned wells, and that infamous night attack where having the bigger army barely helps. Vlad fights with terror as much as steel, which is exactly what keeps the standoff so tense.
