Synopsis
Dig (2015) is an American-Israeli thriller series you can watch online on iFILM. Jason Isaacs plays Peter Connelly, an FBI agent stationed in Jerusalem who investigates the murder of a young American archaeologist — and starts pulling threads that were never meant to be found.
The trail runs from tunnels beneath the Old City to a remote compound in New Mexico and a farm in Norway. Each location connects back to an ancient prophecy that people have been protecting — violently — for a very long time. The series was co-created by Tim Kring (Heroes) and Gideon Raff, who made the Israeli original that became Homeland. Richard E. Grant and Anne Heche are in the cast. Shot largely on location in Israel, the show earns its atmosphere the hard way. One season, ten episodes.
