Synopsis
Peter von Kant (2022) is a François Ozon melodrama you can watch online on iFILM. A celebrated Cologne filmmaker holes up in his apartment, bullies his silent assistant Karl and drinks through his loneliness — until an actress friend brings a beautiful young man named Amir into his orbit.
Peter falls hard and fast. He invites the boy to move in, dangles film roles and stardom, and pours everything he has into the affair. Amir takes the help, becomes a star, and walks out, leaving the director alone with himself.
