Synopsis
My Boy Jack (2007) is a British wartime drama you can watch online on iFILM. In the autumn of 1915, eighteen-year-old Jack Kipling goes into the line for the first time and doesn't come back.
His father, Rudyard Kipling, played by David Haig, had used every personal contact he had to get Jack his commission — overriding the medical board that had twice rejected the boy for poor eyesight. Now he and his wife, played by Kim Cattrall, work through casualty lists and wait. Daniel Radcliffe took this role immediately after the Harry Potter series — quiet, difficult, nothing like what came before. Carey Mulligan plays Jack's sister Elsie.
