The presidency of the residents' association becomes its own battlefield, handed for the first time to an openly gay neighbour. Romance churns just as fast — two weddings, a contested gift, a honeymoon and a trip to a plastic surgeon reshuffle the couples until nobody's quite where they started. Across all thirty-three episodes the gag rate barely dips.
