Synopsis
"The Knock Out Cop" (Piedone lo sbirro, 1973) is an Italian action comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Steno and starring Bud Spencer as Inspector Rizzo — nicknamed "Flatfoot," also known as "Bigfoot," best known as the Naples cop who doesn't carry a gun.
He doesn't need one. The drug dealers and pimps working the city have learned that the hard way. New police chief Tabacci hasn't yet, and he keeps demanding Rizzo follow regulations. Rizzo keeps not following them.
The first film in the Piedone series, this one locked in the formula Spencer would run for several more entries: few words, maximum right hooks, and a Naples that feels permanently one insult away from a brawl.
