Synopsis
Flatfoot in Africa (Piedone l'africano, 1978) is an Italian action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Steno reunites with Bud Spencer for the fourth Piedone film — this time sending the barrel-shaped Naples detective Rizzo to Johannesburg after a South African colleague sends him a letter and then immediately gets killed.
Rizzo's task: find out what the dead officer was working on and locate the man's young son Bodo. What follows is the usual loose, good-natured formula — fistfights, car chases, mild corruption, and Spencer's deadpan physicality doing most of the storytelling. Enzo Cannavale returns as his comedic foil.
