She's the One

She's the One (1996) is a New York romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM, written and directed by Edward Burns, who also plays Mickey — a cab driver with no particular plan and a surprise wife he married on impulse. His brother Francis is the opposite: Wall Street job, controlled life, careful decisions. And a secret affair with Heather, who happens to be Mickey's ex-fiancée.

Burns shot the whole thing in a loose, low-budget style that felt out of step with mid-90s Hollywood and aged surprisingly well because of it. Jennifer Aniston plays Francis's fed-up wife, Cameron Diaz is Heather, and John Mahoney rounds out the family as the father handing out unsolicited wisdom.
