Synopsis
The Negotiation (협상, 2018) is a South Korean thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Seoul police negotiator Ha Chae-yoon is reeling from a botched rescue that left hostages dead and is ready to quit the force — when she's pulled back to her monitor for one more case.
In Thailand, an international arms dealer has seized two captives: Chae-yoon's own boss and a Korean reporter. The strange part is that he makes no demands at all; he simply insists on talking to her, and only her, over a video link. She has a handful of hours to crack his real motive before a SWAT team already in the air storms his hideout. One wrong word on the line could get a hostage killed.
