The housewarming goes sideways fast. A relentless downpour swallows the whole building, dropping it roughly 250 meters into the earth. Trapped under the rubble are a handful of neighbors played by Cha Seung-won, Kim Sung-kyun and Lee Kwang-soo, with the water rising and the air thinning. What sets it apart is the tonal whiplash: slapstick bickering one minute, real dread the next. A crowd-pleaser that earns its scares without forgetting the punchlines.
