Synopsis

Twenty (스물, 2015) is a Korean coming-of-age comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Lee Byung-hun, it follows three friends who have just turned twenty — the age when the whole world supposedly opens up, even though none of them has a clue what to do with it.

Chi-ho is a charming slacker who drifts through the days and chases every pretty girl in sight. Dong-woo dreams of drawing comics but spends his time on dead-end part-time jobs to support his family. Kyeong-jae lands a spot at a top university and tries hard to act like a grown-up, yet fumbles love and study just like the others. Kim Woo-bin, Kang Ha-neul and 2PM's Junho lead the cast. Out of botched dates, failed side gigs and drunken late-night talks, the film builds an honest snapshot of that first messy adult year.

It drew a big crowd in Korea on the strength of its loose humor and the easy chemistry of its trio. A good pick for fans of Asian youth comedies and anyone who misses their own twenties. Stream Twenty (2015) online on iFILM.
