The Cleaning Lady (2018) is an American horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Alice cannot quit a married man, so she fills the silence by hiring a quiet, scarred housekeeper.

Alice is hooked on the affair and on the feeling of being wanted. To keep busy she takes on Shelly — a withdrawn handywoman whose face is marked by old burns. The two circle each other warily, then grow close, until Shelly decides to "clean up" her employer's messy private life. Director Jon Knautz builds dread from intimacy rather than gore, leaning on a two-hander between Alexis Kendra, who also co-wrote, and Rachel Alig.
