Si vive una volta sola (2021) is an Italian comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Carlo Verdone, who also directed, plays one of three doctors who accidentally see their friend's test results and can't bring themselves to break the news.

He's terminally ill and has no idea. They can't find the words. So instead of a difficult conversation, they organize a spontaneous trip to southern Italy — one last adventure dressed up as a normal holiday. Rocco Papaleo, Anna Foglietta and Max Tortora round out the group. The film is funny, but Verdone knows exactly when to stop the jokes — and those moments hit harder for it.
