Top Dog

Top Dog (1995) is a family-friendly action comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Chuck Norris stars as stubborn cop Jake Wilder, saddled with the last partner he ever wanted — a shaggy police dog named Reno.

Reno's handler is gunned down by terrorists in the opening minutes, leaving the trained tracker on his own until he latches onto Wilder. The two loners can't stand each other at first; one refuses all help, the other answers only to himself. Then a case involving an arms-smuggling ring planning an attack on their own beat forces the odd couple to cooperate. From there it's chases, brawls and trademark Norris kicks, mixed with dog tricks — including the red scarf Reno keeps chasing throughout the movie.

The film was directed by Aaron Norris, Chuck's brother and frequent collaborator, who pitched it deliberately at families: softer scrapping in place of hard action, kids welcome. Easygoing stuff for anyone with a soft spot for '90s action and a few laughs. Stream Top Dog (1995) online on iFILM.
