Synopsis
Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead (2012) is a Japanese splatter comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Noboru Iguchi delivers exactly what the title promises: a gross-out horror romp about the undead crawling up out of the latrine.
Karate student Megumi (Arisa Nakamura) joins a few friends on a camping trip, still numb from her little sister's suicide. Things go fine until someone finds a parasitic worm inside a freshly caught fish. From there it's all infection, geysers of filth, and zombies climbing out of an outhouse. Eighty-five minutes of pure absurdity, homemade practical effects, and toilet humor in the most literal sense.
