Synopsis

His boss orders him south of the border to recover an antique pistol called "the Mexican," a gun that supposedly brings ruin to everyone who owns it. His girlfriend Samantha wants him out of the crime business for good. Jerry picks the gun. Samantha walks, and on the road she is grabbed by a hitman named Leroy — the role where James Gandolfini quietly steals the whole picture. From there it is stolen cars, swapped suitcases, and a chase for an heirloom plenty of people want more than Jerry does.
