Synopsis
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Revenge of Scar (2022) is the second live-action film in the Japanese fantasy franchise — watch it online on iFILM. Director Fumihiko Sori returns with Ryosuke Yamada as Edward Elric and Atomu Mizuishi voicing Alphonse in the film's 125-minute runtime.
The Elric brothers barely have time to regroup before a string of targeted killings shakes the city. The attacker is Scar — a fugitive marked by an X-shaped scar, hunting state alchemists one by one out of deep personal loss. Edward's steel arm and combat instincts count for less than usual here: Scar understands alchemy well enough to break it, not just endure it. The film runs two parallel threats that keep closing in on the brothers from opposite directions.
