Kite

Kite (カイト, 1998) is a Japanese action anime you can watch online on iFILM. Sawa lost her parents to violent criminals as a child. A corrupt detective named Akai took her in and spent years shaping her into a contract killer — the kind who reaches targets the law never touches.

Director Yasuomi Umetsu frames the story as a trap with no exit in sight. Sawa works alone. That changes when a fellow assassin named Oburi decides he wants out — and for the first time, she has something that might be worth thinking about: another person, another possibility.
