Synopsis
Killer Workout (1987) is David A. Prior's gym-set slasher, free to watch online on iFILM. Somebody is picking off members of a trendy fitness club one by one, and between the killings the camera lingers long and lovingly on spandex aerobics.
It starts two years earlier, when a young woman named Valerie burns to death in a tanning bed. Now bodies are piling up at the gym Rhonda runs, dispatched by a killer wielding the most '80s weapon imaginable: an oversized safety pin. The cops get nowhere, the classes never stop, and you're left guessing who's behind the towel.
The movie has long since graduated to beloved trash status — flimsy plot, neon leotards, endless step-platform montages, and a synth score frozen in 1987. Watch it for that bad-movie charm, not for anything resembling logic. Stream Killer Workout online on iFILM.
