Synopsis
Little Dixie (2023) is a crime-action thriller with Frank Grillo that you can watch online on iFILM. Former Special Forces operator Doc quietly holds together a fragile truce between Oklahoma's governor and a Mexican cartel.
That truce dies on live television, when the governor plays to the cameras and signs off on executing a high-ranking cartel figure. The reply is swift. Cuco, the cartel's ice-cold enforcer, rolls into town and aims at the one thing Doc can't lose — his young daughter, Dixie. From there it's exactly what the genre promises: Grillo carving through anyone standing between him and his kid.
Director John Swab keeps the tone grim and clear-eyed, with no polished heroes, just tired men and dirty border politics. Eric Dane, Annabeth Gish and Peter Green round out the cast.
