Synopsis
Yakuza Princess (2021) is a sword-and-bullets action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Vicente Amorim drags clan warfare out of Tokyo and into the Japanese district of São Paulo, Brazil.
Akemi works a quiet shop counter until the truth lands on her: she is the heir to half a Yakuza empire, and the rival half wants her dead. Killers close in fast. Her only ally is an amnesiac foreigner played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers, bound to her by an old samurai blade — though he can't say whether he came to guard her or to finish her. Singer and stuntwoman Masumi takes the lead, with Tsuyoshi Ihara alongside.
