Hands of Steel

Hands of Steel (Vendetta dal futuro, 1986) is an Italian sci-fi action film by Sergio Martino, free to watch online on iFILM. A polluted near-future Earth is run by ruthless corporations. One of their bosses rebuilds a crash victim named Paco into a cyborg assassin and aims him at the leader of a green resistance movement.

At the moment of the kill, Paco's buried humanity wins out. He spares his target and runs. The trail leads to a dusty Arizona motel whose owner hides him while both the police and the corporation's hitmen close in. Daniel Greene plays the half-machine drifter, with Janet Agren and John Saxon.

This is prime eighties Italian genre pulp: cheap, blunt, and built around a bare-knuckle arm-wrestling showdown. Worth a look if you collect goofy low-budget cyborg movies of the era. Stream Hands of Steel (1986) online on iFILM.
